Refresh your pantry with a focus on maximizing flavor and nutrition for more inspiration in the kitchen! 

Leading the hour long discussion, with a revealing look at her own cupboards, will be Emily McNamara, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and cook at Edgewater Farm. 

Some of the topics she hopes to squeeze in will include:

-Fats and oils... evaluating quality of and proper cooking temperatures 

- Nuts and grains... good, better, best for digestibility and meal prep

-Sugar... where to look and how to substitute

-Herbs and Spices... go-to combinations for health and flavor
