May Cooking Demonstration -- Mexican Cuisine

A Mexico City-Lebanon cooking demonstration team-up, Ki Experiencias, will be presenting for May's cookbook club.  They're looking forward to preparing one of their most popular dishes: "Camarones al coco" -- Coconut shrimp -- that is either serviced over salad or a bed of rice.  Registration is limited to 20 so please sign up ASAP to reserve your spot.
