The Friends of the Meriden Library
MFOL is a fun-loving group of community members and book lovers who work together to enhance the role of the library within the community. The Friends support the Meriden Library by funding museum passes, digital platforms, children’s summer reading programming, and a variety of humanities programs. The group also holds popular annual events for all ages, including a Soup and Good Books book review session and a poetry month gathering. The goal of the FOML is to help make the beautiful Meriden Library a place of learning and community that serves the needs of all Plainfield residents, from the youngest to the oldest.
