SPRING ARRANGING POTLUCK
The Friends of Philip Read Memorial Library are holding a free SPRING
ARRANGING POTLUCK on Friday March 13, 2026 at 3:00pm at the
Philip Read Memorial Library.
Since our gardens are buried under snow and ice, we will not have fresh
flowers for this Potluck. However, there are still many ways you can create
fun and beautiful Spring arrangements. Be creative!
PEEPs and other colorful candies available at this time of year can be
arranged in fun and pretty ways in jars, vases or baskets. Put some colorful
eggs, chicks or bunnies in a basket. Eggs or butterflies hanging from
branches. So many possibilities! There are lots of ideas on the internet,
come even if you don’t have a specific idea, you will get an idea from others.
It will be fun!
Bring artificial flowers, or if you like, real flowers; and all kinds of other
Spring things - ribbons, candy, PEEPS, eggs.
