The PTA is planning to hold a meeting at the Meriden Library  on Tuesday, May 26th from 7:00–8:00 PM. Community members are welcome to attend and learn more about upcoming initiatives, events, and ways to get involved.

GARDEN GEMS

The Friends of Philip Read Memorial Library are sponsoring a FREE workshop to make Garden Gems – smooth rocks that are transformed into lovely decorative pieces using paper napkins.  

This is a 2 part workshop –You will start the project on Friday May 15, 2026 and you will complete the project on Monday May 18.  Both sessions start at 2:30pm and are held at the Philip Read Memorial Library (PRML) on Route 12A in Plainfield, NH

Join us at the Meriden Library for an informative presentation on climate change with Dr. Elizabeth A. Burakowski, Research Associate Professor at the University of New Hampshire and a researcher with the Earth Systems Research Center and the Institute for the Study of Earth, Oceans, and Space.
