Children's Musician Steve Blunt will perform at the Meriden Library 

A fun, upbeat performance of songs that celebrate diversity & build community—with warmth, humor & lots of audience participation. Steve is an award-winning children’s musician who plays a delightful mix of original tunes & beloved standards.

Book Talk with Author Gretchen Cherington

Former Meriden resident Gretchen Cherington talks about her new book The Butcher, the Embezzler, and the Fall Guy with author Marjorie Nelson Matthews.

Meriden Library Grand Opening Celebration

12:30 Good Humor Truck serves ice cream treats.

Founding member John Hutchinson (portrayed by Steve Blunt) tells about the Hutchinson family singers and shares several of their highly popular songs.

Living history presenter Steve Blunt is an award-winning singer and storyteller who brings a fun interactive approach to the Hutchinsons' story.

Appropriate for tweens, teens, and adults.

Have you been wanting to learn how to knit or have something you're already working on? Come join our new Knitting Club starting at the Meriden Library. 

Starting Thursday, January 30th at 3:30PM.

Learn how to knit or bring something you're working on.  All ages and levels are welcome. Deb Hodges and Lori Estey will be here to help current knitters and teach beginners.
