Many Plainfield residents, old and new, have heard stories about the 1953 fire that burned a large portion of Grantham Mountain. Local historian and writer Steve Taylor was a young man at the time and helped fight the fire. He will share his memories of that dramatic event & give his "side" of the story.

Come and transform a junk envelope into a usable folder with pockets and pages.  Use it to

collect memories or your to do lists!  Add pages saved from junk mail. Learn how to fold pockets to add to your folder pages.

To bring: Scissors

               Ruler

               Paper will be provided, but bring any decorative papers you may want to use.
