    Name Town, released March, 2025

YOU CAN’T CHANGE WHERE YOU’RE FROM.

Tom Darby thought he knew his town of Harper, but fresh revelations about its history divide his neighbors. His attempts to quell the tensions fail. As threats lead to violence, he discovers that he’s working against even deeper secrets.

Piper Wells made a mistake. She envisioned a life beyond Harper, and beyond her means, but learns that leaving a simple town is not that simple. Amid the chaos of a splintered community, she seeks help from the one person she can trust.

History and identity clash, and the town may not be strong enough to bear the coming storm. The truth behind the current turmoil and past tragedies could save them both, but Tom and Piper need to survive to reach it.

The Cardinal Line, released November, 2023

A mysterious trait spans generations. Modern science may have an answer, but uncovering its origins will shatter everything.

Arin Coppertree is a graduate student who seeks to break from the life scripted by her wealthy parents. Dane Hardy is a New York City bike messenger who risks it all to carve out a life removed from his tragic past. A unique genetic ability, once uncovered, brings them together.

Arin embarks on what starts as a quaint research trip to explore her family’s past, but her efforts quickly attract unwanted attention. As she and Dane discover their shared history and dig for elusive answers, the forces of past generations rip their reality apart and threaten their freedom, identity, and even their lives.

  • Talk is Zoom-Only with David Vermette

The Ku Klux Klan (KKK) experienced a significant resurgence in New England during the 1920s, a period when its membership skyrocketed across the country.

    Example of Klan Activity:

    • In Maine, the KKK's King Kleagle, F. Eugene Farnsworth, led rallies attracting thousands of people, and the Klan supported efforts like a Portland referendum that diluted the political influence of minority neighborhoods.
    • In Vermont, Klan chapters were established in several towns, and events like cross burnings and rallies took place, though resistance from locals, including the passing of anti-mask ordinances, helped to curb Klan activity.
